The quality and price of my chair is great, really happy with my purchase.The team was incredibly accommodating and flexible during pick up. The day I was supposed to pick up my chair I got a flat tire and wasn't able to make it there before their 4PM closing time, I called the store to explain and they waited 15 minutes after closing to accommodate my pick up. Amazing and incredibly kind customer service! Highly recommend.

I recently moved to fully WFH and I needed a new chair. My company suggests a good deal of pricey options, hardly any of which ship directly to Ireland. I went in search of a secondhand model, which I was able to get with a gently used Miller Aeron in the correct size with Griffin at half the price and a 12 month warranty.After ordering, they rang me to tell me when to expect a delivery and were able to give me a timeframe. They arrived promptly, rang me, and offered to help bring it upstairs (we have an elevator, so I was able to manage on my own).All in all, a great purchase and will definitely order in the future!

I went to the Griffin office store for the first time yesterday, I didn’t even know the store existed. I was welcomed by Deirdre who was so friendly and informative and was happy to give me her time and answer all my questions. I got exactly the filing cabinet I was looking for at a really good price, better than what I had seen in other stores. The two men in the store were equally as friendly and happy to load the product into my car. I will definitely return when needed again.

Their delivery driver harassed me today - within few minutes and a couple of interactions over the phone he managed to curse at me and behave in the most rude and unprofessional manner. Upon complaining to the management my concerns were dismissed as they told the driver had an excuse for such behavior. I was replied to in a extremely patronizing manner - borderline being gaslighted when they said it just “looked” to me like he was being rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional, when in fact he was making jokes. They brushed off my concerns and the delivery person never apologized or acknowledged that he was wrong.

Purchased a fully loaded Herman Miller Aeron size b and couldn't be happier. Travelled to the warehouse and was brought through all the different options and also shown how to use the several features this chair comes with. I have now had it for 2 weeks plus and the quality of this chair is unrivalled. I spend 60+ hours a week at the desk and this chair has been the best investment i have made for the office yet. I highly recommend these guys.

Really excellent service from everyone at Griffin Office Solutions. One of their employees showed me each of the chairs they had to offer and took me through each of their features. I was able to select a chair that was best suited for me (Herman Miller - Mirra) and the condition of the chair was like new. Super happy with my purchase and I will certainly be back in the future.

I just purchased my second office item from Griffin Office Solutions and I couldn't be happier! I first bought a used Herman Miller chair and the delivery man was incredibly nice and showed me how to use the chair. The chair itself is of supreme quality. I also recently bought an electric standing desk from them and the gentleman at the showroom took such care when loading the desk into my car. The desk is such nice quality and it was already fully assembled which was important to me. Overall, fantastic service and a great local business!

I bought the Luan High Back Mesh Quality Operator Chair after spending a long time mulling over the used Aeron Herman Miller chairs. When I placed the order I had doubts if the seat was a mesh seat. The office phoned me back and were very helpful, offered to send extra pictures or come to the showroom and try out any of the chairs.In the end the Luan chair is fantastic. I spent nearly 10 years sitting on an Aeron, and this feels no different, perhaps a bit more comfortable because of the high back. The adjustable arm rests, both height and angle, work well with my ergonomic keyboard.Very happy customer!

I have dealt with Griffin Office Solutions several times over the last few years and have always found them a pleasure to deal with and highly professional. They have a huge selection of great quality products and have always had what I was looking for. I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk so recently decided to upgrade my office chair as my old chair wasn't supporting my back properly. I contact Dermot and after asking me a few questions he was able to suggest the exact chair for my needs "The Luan Superior Chair". It was delivered the next day and they even carried it upstairs to my office for me and made sure it was adjusted correctly for me. I am using it a few months and I have found it brilliant. It has excellent lumbar support and adjustable head and arm rests. The mesh material meant it was also cool during the summer heatwave. I would highly recommend Griffin Office Solutions to anyone.

During my pursuit for Aeron chairs in Ireland I encountered this wonderful group of people. I had a few queries (quite a few hahaha) and it was a pleasure thus dealing with Dermot through email. He was prompt in responding and offered amazing support and advice in relation to the aforementioned queries.This thus sold me on the black and white mirra 2 which is a delightful chair, which has promoted and really excelled in cultivating better back posture resulting in quite a large chunk of lumbar pain during long study sessions / gaming being alleviated. This has left me feeling more energised and motivated allowing me to aspire for more.The process of collecting the chair was super pleasant. Dermot and his team were approachable, capable and charismatic. All the functions of the chair were illustrated to me and Dermot even helped in securing the chair in the boot of my car.In summary I had a lovely experience with Dermot and his team and after having the chair for a good period of time now, I wholeheartedly love it!

I was very satisfied with my shopping at Griffin Office Solution Ltd. I needed to buy a desk and a chair to be able to work from home. Initially, I was planning to order my furniture from IKEA, but I would have to wait over a month for delivery. I found this shop though google maps and went to have a look. I bought a sit/stand desk, which I wanted to get in IKEA, and a comfortable office chair, both second-hand, but in very good condition. In 10 min I was in and out. Stuff was very professional and nice, guys loaded furniture to the boot of my car in no time. Afterwards, I had an enquiry about furniture prices (price + vat), but it was all explained in a timely manner. There was not many people around so it felt quite safe from COVID-19 perspective.

Very pleased with the service and quality of the locker I received from Griffin Office Solutions. It is well made and arrived carefully packaged. I was worried it might get dropped off and I would have to get it in situ myself but Dermot and his companion couldn't have been more helpful or convivial and with much attention brought it into the room inside the clinic where it was meant to be placed. I had no concern regarding damage to property or to the item occurring as it was clear the service was first class as was the trolley and delivery van used. It was a relief to do business in this way as one can never be sure who is going to arrive on your doorstep. I recently bought a 2nd Herman Miller Aeron chair at auction - big mistake. It was in a terrible condition- rusty, paint/surface peeling off and very old. I contacted Dermot and through his service the chair was collected and returned to me like new. Ross warned me it won't be great but he did a fantastic job so I am delighted..Only sorry I didn't go to them first!

We were very happy with service, delivery and the chairs. We received very competent advice in the store and had the opportunity to try out several chairs. They were delivered within two days. I chose model Luain which is very comfortable to sit on. Since I am tall, the elongated back of the chair and the neckrest are an extra plus.

All-round great experience. Found them via Google and Griffin Office Solutions is one of the few sellers of used Herman Miller Aero chairs. I dealt with their office as well as Dermot himself and each time it was a pleasure. In the end I was able to source them for a great price and Dermot delivered them in person. The chairs are really as good as new! An invaluable asset for the remote office worker. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have purchased Herman Miller Aeron chair back in 2019 for Christmas and since then I have been very happy with its quality and features. Recently I got a problem with one of the arms (due to my fault) and had contacted Dermot. He had sent me a replacement part free of charge in no time even it was damaged by me. Ordered 2 Luan mesh chairs. Chairs themselves are good. But 50 euro for 10 day delivery is too much, any courier would deliver it the next day. BS Paypal booking fee 20 euro, nobody else charges that. The delivery driver didn't wear a mask.

Bought two second-hand Herman Miller Mirra chairs from Dermot for working from home. Both are in excellent condition and very comfortable and can adjust the lumbar support, arms, tilt etc. I was worried because their website looks a bit outdated, but everything was exactly as described and excellent customer service.

Worst Sales person I have ever encountered. I went looking for a Herman miller on Saturday the 13/April/2019 @ 12:30. The sales man was awkward, his demeanor was defensive and in no way gave a vibe of wanting to do business. As with any second hand product I was trying to get the best price. He said he would leave me the chair at €650 euros. The full price was €676.50. I joking said your only giving me €26 euro of a reduction to which he replied, NO im giving you €26 euro and 50 CENT of a reduction. I then offered him €640 cash for the chair and he said €645 with zero expression(completely stone faced). I was the only potential customer in the place for nearing 45 mins. I could not bring myself to give business to someone like that. Horrendous Experience.Good selection of chairs (1 star), you need to replace that sales person. If you do let me know and ill be back.
